Services we provide
- We provide LPN full time and RN on call
- We develop each resident’s service plan in collaboration with your family.
- Complete care with activities of daily living like help with dressing, bathing, eating, laundry service and housekeeping.
- We provide three nutritious home-cooked meals a day including snacks as well.
- Special therapeutic diets are available.
- Medication monitoring, administration and prescription refills pick-up.
- We closely observe our residents for any physical or behavioural changes and keep an open communication line with the resident’s family and the doctor.
- We encourage all the residents to stay active through physical and mental stimulation
- Certified activities coordinator provide social interaction, focusing on the resident’s current abilities and strengths.
- Outings are planned for those who are able to venture out.
- We celebrate special events, holiday and birthdays.
